1. No truer words have been spoken by Chloe: “Jack, he’s my friend and he’s in trouble.” That about sums up every episode of 24.
2. What does a Russian gangster wearing a suit do at midnight? Chop carrots of course.
3. Jack gets hooked up to a Russian lie detector test and is asked, “Are you a cop?” He fails. Shocking I know.
4. Now there’s a first! A dead cell phone on 24.
5. Scarface passes out when Jack jumps out from under the table and yells “peak-a-boo!” So much for the tough guy image.
6. Nice product placement for Sprint as Jack scrolls the phone for info on Scarface.
7. The President of the United States wants to talk to you. I bet Jack loved saying that to Scarface.
8. Hastings tells Cole that he has already scrambled a NEST team. Cole replies, “Um, didn’t you mean that you’ve scrambled an EGG team?”
9. Cole fixes a team member’s shoulder strap. Why was this part of the script? Not a clue.
10. Agent Ortiz is the only CTU agent not using a helmet and goggles because the bad guys don’t use real bullets, plus it wasn’t in his contract.
11. I’ve got this sneaking suspicion this whole Dana and Cole engagement thing isn’t going to stick.
